In 2009 I ordered a pair of expensive Burberry Prescription Eyeglass Frames as a backup spare. I did this because I had purchased my first pair at Lenscrafters about six months previously and I loved them so much I wanted to get another pair to use when my first pair was "old" - usually 2-3 years later. I was told by Lensscrafters that they only kept certain exclusive styles in stock for 4-6 months and they would not be able to get them again. When I asked them where I might get the frames the manager of the Lenscrafters store wrote down the name and told me it was the best internet site around, bar none! So I took his recommendation and contacted for help. Was he correct!! While youdid not have them in stock they were exceptionally helpful and sourced them for me at a great discount. Regrettably, when I went to have my prescription lens put in them, I was told that because of have Diplopia, which requires prisms in the lenses, I could not have my lens put in them because of the size of the frames. To potential customers, I initially had my doubts about the legitimacy of this company. Especially when you read the damming information on the internet. I do not know what has occurred in the past for people to write such malicious words, however from my own perspective, the entire consumer experience has been positive. There were some issue with the supply of the exact frames I requested, but I believe that this was caused by the manufacturer of the sunglasses (I actually received similar information from another dealer). The bottom line is that I would recommend : They honoured their word, their communication was excellent and up to date and the product arrived as specified in Perth Western Australia with tracking possible through the USPS. Well i bought these really nice chanel frames, they arrive pretty quick and were in good condition. I was happy and content. I have a very high prescription, plus astigmatism - so I got Nikon lenses, very thin ones (although they arent thick due to the prescription -7.25) invisible bi-focals, plus Transition lenses. Hello, I had been trying to find a decent pair of glasses in Sacramento where I live, it was near impossible. There wasn’t a shop that would take the time to help with any part of the shopping process when they found out I would not be spending $400 + for frames alone. I bought my last pair of eyeglasses online from another popular online shopping site and found the experience lackluster at best. Hello, I just received my prada frames by UPS and they look FANTASTIC!!! Im very please with the overall service and product. Youve made me happy, happy, happy and Im a customer for life. LOL If I can share, Ive been trying unsuccessfully to get this frame for three months through my optometrist. The frame was ordered on five occasion. Every one came in damaged from the manufacture or where ever they were being shipped from. After the fifth time and $502.00 later, I canceled everything and requested my money back. First I was being told that I had to select another frame or have frame number six shipped. After getting into some heated conversations, need I say my refund was on the way back to me. However, I had to wait for a total of three weeks to received my refund. You know I no longer see that optometrist and will from now on get all of my eye glass frame needs met at your site. Ill be sure to tell everyone I know about you too. Im on my way to lenscrafters to get my prescription, bifocals and transitions put in. Thanks a million.
